28 Dec This Year on YouTube: What I Learned About Creativity
This year, I uploaded over 50 videos to YouTube, posting a wide range of content. Some videos took hours to create, while others were quick and simple to make.
I shared my process of creating 8 artworks and even 10 paintings made simultaneously with both hands and feet in a museum! (The complete video will be released next year) I posted the same videos on Instagram as well
But guess what? My most-viewed videos on YouTube were the simplest ones: scribbling in a video that took
me 15 minutes to make and writing in a notebook for less than 5 minutes. Interestingly on Instagram still diverse videos went viral and also people who posted the same videos got millions of views with my videos.
This experience taught me something: sometimes, the content you spend the least time on resonates the most. Creativity doesn’t always need to be overthought, just create what you love and share it with the world.
